Miami shopping & entertainment at the Streets of MayfairThis luxury hotel, shopping, and entertainment complex reflects the quirky, sophisticated nature of its residents. Set in the center of Coconut Grove, just across the street from CocoWalk, (the village’s other distinctive shopping center), the recently renovated Streets of Mayfair is bustling day and night.

You’ll find an array of upscale boutiques, restaurants, cafes, theaters, and nightclubs here that cater to both locals and tourists seven days a week. Tourists who stay at the all-suite Mayfair House Hotel are just steps away from the action. The hotel’s 180 unique suites all feature Japanese spa tubs for luxurious relaxation.

There are plenty of dining options, including Chiyo’s Japanese Restaurant, where patrons can enjoy a sushi bar and outdoor seating on the balcony. La Fontaine Bistro, open daily until 1 am, offers turn-of-the-century French cuisine and live entertainment each night by the promenade fountain.

Streets of Mayfair Iguana Cantina is the Grove’s hottest club. Fat Kats, part of Iguana’s nightclub complex, is open until 5 am for games of pool and drinks. Martini Bar, also part of Iguana’s, serves up live jazz, blues, and swing music until 5 am in its upscale hip lounge on the third floor. At Mezzanotte in the Grove, serving Italian fare, guests are invited to table-dance after 10 pm. Wet Willies serves frozen daiquiris until 2 am.

If you feel the need to exercise after a night of partying, try the Fitness Company of Coconut Grove. It offers full-service facilities, personal training, massage, and ballet classes. Right next door is News Cafe, an eclectic indoor/outdoor cafe and retail shop specializing in local and out-of-town newspapers and magazines. It’s open 24 hours a day Friday and Saturday and until 2 am other days. At Havana Ray’s you can watch a master roller at work and relax in the smoking lounge while enjoying premium cigars.

Mayfair, which features covered parking 24 hours a day and valet parking, also has The Improv Comedy Club, Regal Mayfair 10 Cinemas, Bath & Body Works, The Limited, an organic food market, an antiques shop, and an African marketplace.

There’s never a dull moment at the always-open Streets of Mayfair.
